It will be conducted by a doctor of physical therapy using video footage of you running on a treadmill. The footage will then be analyzed using a specialized software program that allows your therapist watch you run in slow motion from several angles and determine joint angles and forces at different phases of the running cycle. This information will be combined with a full strength, range of motion, and posture assessment in order to find any muscle imbalances and form problems that may be causing pain and limit your running.

For $ 149 – you can send us videos of you running and get a detailed analysis of your running stride to increase time, minimize stress to the body, and increase your distance! Click the above and you will get a detailed instructions of what we need to get you start. We will simply need a 30 second clip of you running from 3 angles. From the front treadmill view, side angle, and rear angle. We will also ask you to perform some simple strength movements to get a feel of some muscle strength but that will all be covered in the email.

While we prefer you to come into the office to get videotaped running for your analysis, we understand that busy schedules can make this difficult! If you would like to video tape yourself running and send it to our therapist for evaluation, please fill out the form below. Once we receive your form, look for an e-mail from us with instructions on how to tape yourself and send the videos to us for analysis. Our therapist will design a fully customized exercise and running plan for you based on your goals and results of your running analysis. You will receive still shots pulled from your video footage with problems highlighted and explained.
